MlirLogicalResult mlirTranslateEmitHLSToLaksaHeader(MlirOperation op, MlirStringCallback callback, void *userData)

Translates the EmitHLS IR rooted at op to a C header of buffer sizes and AXI-Lite register offsets for the laksa-hls-kria-driver’s userspace API and streams the result through callback.

op must be a module.
