LogicalResult mlir::emithls::collectLaksaBufferInfos(FuncOp topFunc, SmallVectorImpl<LaksaBufferInfo> &buffers)

Analyzes every argument of topFunc into one LaksaBufferInfo, in argument order.

Fails if an argument’s size cannot be determined.
